Abused Villains Demotivational

Villains pictured are Freeza from "Dragon Ball Z" (a mass murdering, genocidal, planet destroying, torture-loving, slave-driving, xenophobic, sadistic tyrant)  Koichi Shido from "High School Of The Dead" (a physical and sexual abusing child predator with lots of deaths on his hands), Grant Ward from "Marvel's Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D" (an emotionally abusive, comrade betraying, misogynistic, entitled, mass murdering, psychopathic Nazi bastard), and Jafar from "Once Upon A Time In Wonderland" (a barbaric, homicidal, torturing, abusive, enslaving, entitled, misogynistic, ill-tempered, power-hungry, just plain inhumanely EVIL sorcerer).

The poster describes what they all have in common - they were abused by their parents and family members as children, but when they grew up, they became abusers of an even worse kind than those who had abused them as children. And now they're all at a point where their abuse and the tragedies they suffered in their childhoods CANNOT be an excuse for their behavior and actions they commit based on their own conscious decisions as adults. The abuse DAMAGED them, yes, but it did not completely WARP them - it certainly did not SHAPE them into what they are today. They did that themselves - they CHOSE to become evil monsters who use, abuse, hurt, torture, and murder other people who've done the no wrong. They make no apologies for doing such evil - they ENJOY doing such evil. Their backstories explain the monsters they've become, but they do not excuse them. These are not victims. These are not misunderstood fallen angels who can be absolved of their actions due to their abusers making them turn out this way. These are not even potentially redeemable people. These are complete and utter bastards who are evil and harm others purely because that's what they want to be and do. These are VILLAINS.

Wilson Fisk from "Daredevil" is another great example, as are many other "Once Upon A Time" villains (Peter Pan, Rumpelstiltskin, Regina Mills and Zelena). I would have included Kilgrave from "Jessica Jones" as well, but his abusive family situation was actually never as severe as he made it out to be - even in childhood, his sociopathy and entitlement was always his biggest problem. And don't even think about mentioning the Joker, since any backstory he accounts is less than reliable.
